Leadership Team

Erach is the President & CEO of Y&L and a member of our Board of Directors. He is also a co-founder. In his role, Erach sets strategies and participates in the tactical implementation of those strategies. He promotes and sustains the values and the open culture of the company and through a combination of professional experience and a positive attitude, operates a flat organization with an open door policy allowing everyone the opportunity of having their voices heard.

Erach also serves on the Board of Directors of the following Y&L subsidiaries: SPS DGTL, PMWare PPM, Gov2Biz and Sistema Technologies, Inc. Prior to Y&L, Erach was a Branch Manager for Renaissance Worldwide, Inc. (formerly The Registry and Shamrock Computer Resources) and managed the second largest branch in the company. Renaissance provided strategy consulting, IT services and created the Balanced Scorecard. For over two decades, Erach has played a key role in driving strong and sustainable growth and developing our deep relationships with clients. In keeping with its tradition of innovation and driving growth, he has focused on Digital Services to align with the strategic needs of clients to transform and innovate.

As the chief promoter of Y&L’s values, under Erach’s leadership, an important principle that we live by, is giving back to the cities we operate in; they have been good to us and we want to return that favor. We involve ourselves in technology initiatives at the city level, train and re-train our employees, educate school districts about the IT market, welcome and encourage veteran applications, and work with our clients to present deserving candidates job opportunities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Bombay. Erach and his wife have three children. He is also an equestrian and enjoys country living.

Shaun has almost twenty-five years’ experience and has worked with many of the world’s largest corporations helping them solve the technical challenges of the modern day organization. In 2013, Y&L completed the acquisition of the Operari Group from which Shaun was a principal and one of the key reasons why Y&L acquired Operari. Prior to founding Operari, Shaun spent time at Teradata, H-E-B Grocery Company, The IntelliSolve Group, and Citi – just to name a few. Shaun has the unique ability to work directly with technical and non-technical executives to help them work together to achieve their business objectives and has authored various proprietary tools such as: iLEAN℠ which combines LEAN philosophies with sophisticated enterprise information management to form a realistic picture of the current state and recommend strategies to take an organization to breakthrough performance levels. Combined with LEEP℠, which is a proprietary process for discovering and implementing opportunities for process improvement and change management, these methodologies form a powerful strategic framework for improvement. Most recently, Shaun has established the SPS DGTL division of Y&L Consulting, which provides 24×7 digital customer care using an innovative software application developed by a team of in-house developers. Being imbued with a sense of civic responsibility that stem from his own humble beginnings, Shaun is keenly aware of the power of technology to create economic opportunities and break cycles of poverty. This core value drives much of his public and private sector efforts. Shaun was a founding member of Tech Bloc, San Antonio’s Tech and Startup Advocacy Group and has recently accepted an Board Advisory role with EveryoneOn, a nonprofit dedicated to creating social and economic opportunity by connecting low-income families to affordable intent service and computers, and delivering digital skills training.
 Shaun lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife of twenty years, their three children, and a houseful of pets that include two Great Pyrenees named Molly and Maggie.nd increase alignment between the business and technical teams.

Lynda manages over Administration at Y&L. “Administration” at Y&L, as in many companies, is a catch-all for everything beyond Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting. From payroll to accounting, billing to commissions, human resources to time sheets, Lynda’s group handles it all and handles it well.

“Sure, at times, it can feel like a pressure cooker with deadlines pushing down on you, but that’s why I surround myself with an amazing team of people. I make sure that every individual working for me is cross-trained, so if there is a need to put more hands on-deck, we’re covered.”

Lynda has been with Y&L for 16 years and has managed over Administration for the last eight years. She has weathered through waves of change and the mountain of growth we have experienced.

In her spare time she loves playing with her 4 ½ year old granddaughter, Lydia. And her children aren’t too far away; her daughter, Jennifer, and son, Allen, both work for Y&L. Jennifer is our Vice President of Compensation and Benefits and Allen is a Network Administrator.

Tanay Sengar is Y&L’s Senior Vice President of Solution Delivery and has held this position since 2013. Tanay is responsible for overseeing the global delivery of IT-based solutions for our clients as well as identifying, documenting and implementing delivery best practices. During his career, Tanay has spearheaded successful global delivery projects, strategic client consulting efforts and managed operations management functions.

Earlier in his career, Tanay served in several leadership roles which focused on building Y&L’s Solution Delivery capabilities and establishing Y&L’s Ecommerce development practice. He has also served in delivery management positions with Accenture and Deloitte Consulting.

Tanay holds a Master of Business Administration degree from UT Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Bhopal, India.

Manoj Shambharkar is our SVP of Client Engagement at Y&L. In this role he is responsible for working with clients on their IT development strategies as well as accelerating business growth, solution introductions, prototyping, client delivery and core competency development.

Throughout his career, Manoj has focused on working with IT and business leaders to envision and execute transformative development initiatives and assist in the successful transition of Y&L from a traditional outsourcing engagement company to one that forms flexible and transparent client partnerships.

Manoj joined Y&L in 2016 from Hexaware, where he managed large, strategic financial services clients and designed digital go-to-market strategies for them.

Prior to joining Hexaware, Manoj spent over a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at HCL Technologies. In his last role at HCL, Manoj was responsible for managing client engagements of $100+ million in North America.
Manoj holds a Masters of Computer Applications from BIT and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Rep. John Lujan is the co-founder and Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Y&L Consulting, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in IT consulting, John plays a critical role in shaping the company’s growth and client relationships. His focus on building strong, lasting partnerships has been instrumental in driving Y&L’s success in delivering top-tier technology solutions to clients.

John’s life is rooted in faith, family, and community. Alongside his wife, Freda, and their five sons—John IV, Jacob, Jesse, Christopher, and Michael—he has cultivated a family life centered on service and dedication to others. His commitment to service extends beyond the business world; as a Texas House Representative for District 118, John has a long-standing dedication to advocating for his community. His public service background also includes time as a Deputy in the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department and as a firefighter with the San Antonio Fire Department.

At Y&L, John’s leadership and expertise in Sales and Business Development have been key to the company’s client-focused approach. His dedication to clients and commitment to delivering innovative solutions have made him an invaluable asset to Y&L Consulting and a respected advocate for San Antonio’s business community.

Liz began her recruiting career while attending college at the University of Texas (Dallas) and quickly became a recognized recruiting leader for national consulting firms in the Dallas Market; winning numerous awards throughout her career. Originally from Eagle Pass and raised in Dallas, Liz relocated to San Antonio and joined Y&L Consulting as our SVP of Recruiting in 2013. In this role, she actively manages our recruiting team across our U.S. and nearshore/offshore offices. Her extensive recruiting experience has enabled her to mentor recruiters to operate at a high level of integrity and precision when matching client requirements to candidate skill sets.

During her personal time, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her family; her husband and their five children. She loves “Friday Night Lights” and you can find her cheering on her son Jackson at his football games as well as cheering for her favorite NFL Team – The Dallas Cowboys. Her son Austin is a high functioning Autistic Young Adult and she actively helps him face challenges he encounters. Liz is very passionate about Autism Speaks and helping special needs children/adults. She also supports Peer Advocacy – students who look-out for other students and prevent bullying against students with disabilities.
