As Y&L’s Chief Marketing Officer, Tony is responsible for driving the company positioning, go-to-market strategies, branding, and all marketing activities. With over 20 years of marketing and branding experience, he has created a brand strategy and implemented marketing plans which have dramatically increased awareness of and attracted new clients to the company.
Tony is not satisfied with status quo thinking and results. He has often been referred to as “the idea guy.” In addition to opening up new markets, creating strategic alliances, and working within Mergers & Acquisitions, he also loves to innovate and has multiple U.S. patents under his belt.
Tony has held lead marketing roles, primarily in new product and service development, for companies such as Harland Clarke, Deluxe Corporation, and RR Donnelley. He has also managed a $400 million product line P&L.
He is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish. Tony was also one of 15 founding fathers of the Sigma Chi fraternity on the Valparaiso campus which, after receiving their charter in 1990, now has 500+ Sigma Chi alumni.
In his spare time, he loves to play golf and have cocktails at his favorite steakhouse, Perry’s.
