Thom has written custom quality training programs for the United Way and Navy Federal Credit Union. He is a senior examiner and team leader with the Baldrige National Quality Award program.

Laura Longmire: Focuses her experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, leadership development and Baldrige-based Performance Excellence in the government, education and private sector.

Adam Cohen: Is an executive-level leader with 20 years experience in performance excellence, quality improvement, team leadership, employee and executive coaching, training, strategic facilitation, business process management and marketing.
