As co-founder and president, Mr. Songadwala is heavily involved with the company's daily operations and strategic path. He has over 14 years of progressive management and technical experience in the information technology industry. His prior experience includes positions in sales, sales management, recruiting and integration, branch management and market development. Mr. Songadwala has worked for companies including Renaissance Worldwide and The Registry. He received his Bachelor's of Commerce in Accounting, Business and Economics from the University of Bombay, India.

Mr. Baheti co-founded Y&L Consulting, Inc. and currently serves as Chairman. He has also founded (1996) and currently manages Yash Technologies, an IT Consulting and services Company serving Fortune 1000 customers in the U.S. Additionally, in 2003, Mr. Baheti acquired and is currently the president and CEO of Genesis Corporate Solutions (GSC). GSC is a SAP reseller and SAP Services Company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. His prior experience includes positions such as Branch Manager, Offshore Project Coordinator, Executive Engineer, Production Engineer and Technology Lead. Mr. Baheti received his diploma in Industrial and Business Management from Indore University, India in 1982.

Mr. John Lujan is Vice President of Sales, responsible for the sales activities in all of Y&L's office. Mr. Lujan brings over 18 years of experience to Y&L. He is one of the most caring people that you'll ever meet. From the moment you meet him, you'll know that you are in good hands. Outside the office, Mr. John Lujan is an active firefighter.
