The Y&L WeekOne^SM software project kick-off service is designed to develop a shared understanding of the desired application. Working through the various tasks the Client representatives and consultants coalesce their understanding into prioritized features, domain models and a feature implementation schedule. The dominant pattern for getting the work done is for the consultant team to meet with Client representatives in the morning as needed, using afternoons to organize and review the information presented in the morning. The consultant team may deliver drafts of documents for Client review and feedback prior to making the final presentation of the deliverables.
